Particularly good setting in the very quiet area, short walk to the S Bahn as well as shopping centre. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Rischart im Oez nearby.

I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing, as I could hear noise from the bakery next door during the night, hard to sleep. The heating was insufficient on colder nights, and I found myself shivering in bed. I expected more from the breakfast options. While they were decent, they didn't meet my expectations.
